Dress Code & Rules

Changing golf clothing and shoes in the car park is strictly forbidden. On the course, players are asked to assist by repairing pitch marks, replacing divots, and raking bunkers after use. Slow play is unacceptable, and soft spikes are required.

Directions
Located on Captain Smith’s Road, Southbroom, the Southbroom Golf Club is a scenic drive of just over an hour from Durban International Airport, with a freeway all the way. To reach the club, travel south from Durban along the N2, which later becomes the R61. After passing through the toll plaza at Port Shepstone, continue until you reach the village of Southbroom, located at the end of the toll road, 7 kilometres after the Margate/Ramsgate off-ramp.
The village has two entrances, north and south. At the north entrance traffic lights, turn left into Southbroom Avenue and follow the signs to the clubhouse. If you’re coming from the Eastern Cape, use the south entrance. Turn right into Outlook Road, keep right, then turn left into Captain Smith’s Road. Follow the fairways to the clubhouse and parking area, with the pro shop on your left.
