Riverbend Crocodile Farm

Offering: Riverbend Crocodile Farm has welcomed close to 3 million visitors through its gates since its inception in 1983. A visit to the region would not be complete without experiencing the “Crocodile Feeding” and “snake demonstrations” at 3.00pm on Sunday afternoons. Besides being home to more than 200 Nile crocodiles and some of South Africa’s  most beautiful but deadly snakes, the farm also boasts a fully licenced family restaurant (which also offers various crocodile dishes), a well stocked curio/craft shop and is home to the Riverbend Art Gallery and Wine Gallery – home to works by leading South African artists and wines from more than 65 top South African wine estates.
