At our flagship restaurant, Catharina’s on 15, we are aspiring to create a “field to fork” philosophy by utilizing our own fresh produce and incorporating our essential oils crops such as rosemary, rose geranium, sweet marjoram, peppermint, lemongrass and tea tree into the sensory dining experience.

This vision and passion were further cemented by winning the prestigious Coty – Chef of the Year competition in the High Tea category earlier this year. Here, a pairing was required between Pure Leaf tea infusions and a delicate spread of carefully designed high tea treats. These unique items now feature on our weekly High Tea spreads open to guests and public alike.
