The KZN South Coast reveals its picturesque landscapes
at both the Uvongo parkrun and Umdoni parkrun.

The Uvongo parkrun is held every Saturday at 8:00 am and is set along the stunning beachfront. The course begins in the St. Michaels on Sea parking lot, leads through to the Saints walk and into the Coastal Reserve. From there the course meanders to Stafford avenue and down to Uvongo Beach. The course then U-turns, taking runners back along the path and 300m further to C-bali restaurant. This course is for shoreside adventurers who enjoy coastal views, sea breezes and lots of sun.

The Umdoni park run starts and ends at the Umdoni Park Environmental Centre. This parkrun is set in an absolutely stunning Nature Reserve and provides views of natural coastal forests, a breathtaking view of the gorge, as well as sightings of many wild animals such as Buck, Monkeys and Wild birds.

Both parkruns are 100% free and family safe but do require prior registration (link listed below) before entering. If you would like your time recorded, please print a copy of your barcode and bring it with you.
